Launch of Novasys Geo Labs

The business web site of the geo solutions provider Novasys now contains the latest information from Novasys Geo Labs.

The company needed an easy way to publish news about ongoing developments of their products. Additionally, visitors of their web site should be able to vote on the new developments. To translate these ideas into a working solution, the internet agency Unleashed Mind implemented a Corporate blog into the existing Content Management System which allows certain staff members to write about new and experimental developments, and invites visitors of the web site to vote on published blog posts.

For highly interested visitors and integrators of Novasys' products and services, who need to be informed about any news and updates, an RSS feed has been additionally implemented. By adding the feed to a web browser or feedreader, all news are automatically retrieved from the web site. A user is then able to selectively read only the posts of interest.

Aside from the Corporate blog, the marketing and sales divisions of Novasys needed a independent way to communicate important news and updates about their products. The internet agency Unleashed Mind fulfilled these requirements by implementing a full-featured newsletter system into the existing Content Management System. Due to the close integration and interaction of both systems, authors of the newsletter are also able to include existing contents of the web site in newsletter mailings.
